• Excessive Use: Engage in resource-intensive activities that may burden the system and affect other users’ access to the Services.

3. Fair Use and Transparency

Virtuous AI’s Services are intended to be used ethically and for lawful purposes. Users must not misuse or circumvent safeguards or monitoring mechanisms that protect the integrity of the system.

4. Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for safeguarding their access credentials and ensuring that their use of the Services is consistent with industry security practices. If unauthorized access or use is detected, users must notify Virtuous AI immediately.

5. Enforcement and Termination

Virtuous AI reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and enforce this Policy by:

• Suspension or Termination: Limiting, suspending, or terminating access if violations are detected.

• Legal Action: Taking appropriate legal action when necessary.

• Restoration of Service: Restoring access once the issue is resolved, if applicable.

Virtuous AI reserves the right to update this Policy to reflect changes in our Services or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
